Only reason I'm giving a 4 is because I believe in customer service is important and I didn't think that was delivered. I received my balloons they looked fantastic all intact and they did an awesome job. But when I asked a day before the delivery to change the delivery time by 1 hour due to the extreme heat the response exactly I got was... Too late for delivery changes. We will see you at 5pm and if the heat worries you, don't worry just keep the balloons indoors until the time you will tie them around..

This is the best balloon place I have ever used. My grandkids were both not feeling well and I wanted to send something to cheer them up. Unicorns and vehicles are what they each love the most, so naturally I wanted to incorporate that into the balloons. I tried a few places that told me it would be impossible to get an order like that out today. Then by some miracle I found Jackie at Cabrera's Balloons. She totally understood what I needed and worked extra hard to make it happen. She was kind and easy to work with and made dealing with her a pleasure.

Highly Recommend! I couldn't be more delighted with the service and delivery! Sent these balloons to my Mum for her birthday and gave very little instruction and they knocked it out of the park! Full lion! Come On how could that not make you smile!? Will be ordering again for sure!

I had a terrific experience with Cabrera's. They were incredibly responsive, great communication, super fast delivery and reasonable pricing. And nice!! And the balloon bouquet was spectacular. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

- Certainly! Our entertainers resemble the characters they portray. Our princesses’ costumes are elegant, clean, and tidy. We dry clean our costumes regularly and maintain them in excellent condition.
- Absolutely! We only post real pictures of our costumes, so the character that will show up at your party will look exactly like in the photos.
- Surely! We always do our best to arrive on time. We work out the logistics to ensure the entertainers have enough time to get to your venue. Usually, our entertainers arrive 15-30 minutes before the party. Sometimes, we arrive 1 hour beforehand.
- Yes! Our entertainers speak Russian and English. You can specify your preferred language while filling out a booking request
- We always deliver on our promises. Everything listed in the show description will be included in your party.
- Of course, we will send you a text with all the details the day before the event.
